Carolina Leadership Development offers a variety of services for University organizations, faculty, staff, and students. Staff members are available for consultation services on a wide range of topics. We also have the capability to assess leadership skills, working together with you and your group to create an action plan. Assessment
The staff members at Carolina Leadership Development have the resources to assess individual and group leadership skills. Using evaluation instruments, observation, and other assessment tools, we can work with you and your organization to strengthen leadership skills and plan future growth.

Consultation
The staff at Carolina Leadership Development are trained in leadership and organizational behavior, and are available to advise students, faculty, staff, and organizations on relevant topics. Consultation can be provided in the manner most suited to the group: retreats, workshops, presentations or discussion based.
