Carolina Leadership Development

Through peer-to-peer education, Leadership Foundations focuses on
organizational and personal development in the context of student organizations.

 
- The program provides a variety of options for participants including organizational consulting and workshops.  UNC students are invited to get invoved as either Peer Educators or workshop participants.

- Through discussions, activities, workshops and reflection, Leadership Foundations helps both Peer Educators and event attendees work towards self-awareness, skill building, effective communication and more.

- The workshop topics are selected from the needs of the student organizations and the strengths and interests of the peer educators.

- Some topics might include delegation skills, event planning, active listening, effective communication and empowerment.
