To meet increasing demands and changing leadership needs at the University, Carolina Leadership Development continues to revise its programs and services, as well as plan for its future. Leadership training, education and development continue to gain more interest on college campuses, and we intend to meet that need here at Carolina.

Carolina Leadership Development's Advisory Board is composed of faculty, staff, students, alumni, and community leaders. Members of the Advisory Board serve students by assisting the staff in fulfilling the department's mission, vision and goals. In addition, faculty, staff, students, alumni and community leaders serve on four Advisory Councils for the purpose of advising staff on specific program areas.
