We also offer two courses on leadership for academic credit. The Courses section describes the classes in more detail. If your organization is looking for ways to strengthen itself and its members, our staff provides services such as consultation and assessment, please see the Services section.

Finally, the Resources section offers a wealth of opportunities for involvement in campus and community activities. Take a few minutes to look through the links and organizations we have compiled for you!

Philosophy
Central to our philosophy is the idea that anyone can be a leader. Our programs and academic courses are designed for students with a wide range of leadership experience. One need not have experience as the president of a student organization, indeed one need not even have been involved in a student organization, to participate in and benefit from the leadership education offered. Our programs are designed to challenge participants to expand their understanding of their own leadership potential. The programs and academic courses we offer are open and available to all students.

Vision
To meet increasing demands and changing leadership needs at the University, we continue to revise our programs and services, as well as plan for the future. Leadership training, education and development continue to gain more interest on college campuses, and we intend to meet that need here at Carolina.
